About Me! Who Am I?

Hi I'm Leslie Byrd. As a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach specializing in fitness for women over 45, I help women who feel stiff, low on energy, and frustrated with body changes regain strength, mobility, and confidence.

After going through my own midlife body changes and realizing the routines that used to work were no longer helping, I started studying how training, recovery, and nutrition need to shift during this stage of life.

That’s what led me to create The Menopause Movement System - a step-by-step approach designed to help women move comfortably, feel stronger, and keep their energy steady throughout the day without pushing harder or doing more.

I believe women deserve to feel capable, confident, and strong in their bodies at every stage of life, and that the right approach makes that possible.
